Endodontics

Endodontics is root canal treatment - often the last opportunity to save a natural tooth and keep it functional for many years. It may be needed when the nerve is inflamed, when a granuloma is present, or when pain, swelling, or complications from previous treatment appear.

At Svedent, we work with magnification, a dental microscope, and modern endodontic techniques because every detail matters in root canal treatment. Our goal is to clean, disinfect, and seal the canals as precisely as possible.

When may root canal treatment be needed?

  • deep decay and inflammation of the dental pulp;
  • pain when chewing or sensitivity to hot and cold;
  • a granuloma or infection around the root;
  • the need for endodontic retreatment.

Why does the microscope matter?

Root canals are small, complex, and often anatomically different. Microscope-assisted treatment allows us to see more, work more conservatively, and increase precision.

We explain each step calmly, because root canal treatment should not feel frightening - it should feel like a careful way to preserve your natural tooth.
